Orders can be canceled provided they have not entered the production process or been dispatched.

Orders in Transit: If your order has already been prepared or is out for delivery but has not yet reached its destination, we will make every effort to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. However, due to the perishable nature and quality of fresh items used, refunds will not be provided for the product.
Return Policy
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide alternative solutions, such as:

Since we work with fresh products, the final decision on the appropriate solution will be at our discretion.
Timely Notification:
Please notify us upon receiving your order or within 1 hour of receipt if there is an issue. In such cases, we will work to resolve the matter within one business day through a replacement or another suitable solution.
Processing Time:
